yocto-patches would be fine.  I think it had not been created when I made
the layer, so I assumed oe-devel.

By the way, Ranjitsinh, if you're looking to backport the newer Rust
upgrades from oe-core master, I was going to work on that this week if
you're willing to wait a bit longer.
