There is no changelog but there are few improvements relevant for the build:
- python3-six and python3-attrs are no longer dependencies
- We can start using python_setuptools_build_meta
- PYPI_PACKAGE doesn't need to be overridden since the default is now the
correct ('automat' instead of 'Automat')
