Hello, I have been trying to get xserver-kdrive-vesa working with my image. Xvesa will run, but it doesn't respond to the keyboard (ctrl-alt-backspace). Using "-keybd keyboard" doesn't help. The mouse will work if I use "-mouse mouse,/dev/mouse,3button" I found a post that mentioned using "evdev" , so I compiled it into my kernel, but that didn't help either. Also, if anyone can point me to a good description of how all the X window stuff is supposed to be used, that would be a help. I am not sure when to use programs like xinit or startx and howor when they will use the various scripts and config file sin /etc/X11. Thanks for your help, Mark
