Hi,

you are doing nothing wrong.  The objects have moved and apt does not
like that.

I suggest you take a look at http://blog.leggewie.org/?p=39 and install
openembedded-common or if you like openembedded-sonkei (an
Angstrom-derivative).  openembedded-common will give you everything
openembedded-essential ever had plus a checkout of the OE repo in
/usr/src/oe which is kept up to date via cron.
