Well, I am finally getting around to setting up OpenEmbedded on a 64-bit OS and have noticed that 'psyco' is not available for a 64-bit environment.
Is this going to cause me any problems? Are there any workarounds? Are there 64-bit issues with any of the other required software? Thanks. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Cliff Brake Sent: Friday, August 01, 2008 2:02 PM To: Using OE Subject: Re: OpenEmbedded on 64-bit Linux On Fri, Aug 1, 2008 at 10:38 AM, Mark Butsch <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Hello, > > We are building a new machine for OpenEmbedded work and are thinking of > load a 64-bit version of Linux. > > Are there any problems with using OE in a 64-bit environment? > > Thanks for the input. I've been running a 64-bit OS for 3 years or so. There were some problems early on, but I've not had any problems in the last year.
