About the inclusion of the module in this proposal, you are right. I was just confused because the module is added in revision 127 of this branch: http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~camptocamp/account-financial-tools/port_of_trp_update_tax/revision/127 I think revision 127 includes a merge of the target branch, in which the module was added on the first of October.
