Hello all,
Some numbering sequences are year based: they restart from 1 every year.
This is an usual procedure. In some countries, it may even be mandatory for
documents such as invoices.
I tried to check this in `ir_sequence.py` but can't find any evidence that this
will happen automatically.
Am I missing something?
