Hi, Some time ago OpenERP have released a Excel document that allows to manage OpenERP gap analysis tasks with the workload, critical level etc. Based on the idea, we have developed a set of modules that allows to import / export easily the gaps into OpenERP, manage the functionalities and create the project based on the gap analysis setup. They are available here: https://code.launchpad.net/~openerp-community/openobject-addons/elico-6.1 Soon in v6apps.openerp.com Actually these modules could probably be used for any business that requires an initial analysis. Current modules are not completely generic though but should be a good start for any service business. We can upload them in the community lp but I am not sure there is currently a suitable location for it Looking forward to your feedback --
