Ideally to report a bug in OPW first
the customer/partner should create a bug in lp and us this
reference in the mail to [email protected]
Nevertheless, it is a difficult rule to push (for both OpenERP and the community): it would be easier indeed that OpenERP creates the bug report in lp if it does not exist (but this is obviously up to them...) It is normally easy to do this with launchpad. However, with OPW, things get tricky because apparently a lot of OPW are handled directly by a mail to [email protected], without submitting a proper bug report. I tried to convince Olivier Dony last spring that in these cases it should be the support's job to properly record a bug report, but I don't think I was too successful. |
