Did/Does anyone work on a Budget for Real Estate projects
in short - plan on task level:
* plan various payment terms (using Payment conditions)
* plan accounting
o investement / depreciation
o expense
* plan (income) tax relevant expenses
in Austria these are often differnet from "normal" accounting -
certain expenses have to be spread over 5 or 10 years for income tax
purpose
transfer this data into budget lines with every change or on request
