That's a great contribution here, thank you ! I'm also in line with Nhomar here, please make a merge proposal in the launchpadt.net/web-addonscommunity project. I think it is the best place for it (but if any other suggestion, please say it). It seems that it's quite a big work that you've made and maintaining it through the year (and OpenERP version) you'll probably find it very useful to have the community behind. Now, regarding Launchpad, I mean, the debate is not about using one or another... The whole OpenERP community is using Launchpad currently, so I won't arg on that. Regarding runbot, we're in the process of having our community branches on it, but it'll take time as priority is given to the review currently.
