Hi, I attempted to install that module on another instance that used crm extensively. It is no good for general production and v8 seems to have looked at many of these issues. In fact it's only use case seems to be emailing regular docs if/when no other email functionality is being used which was the original requirement. I'd rather we didn't use as it might push things the wrong way.
