Hi Fabien, For newcomers, launchpad may be a little intimidating. A good practice IMHO is to separate the more technical or developer oriented stuff in a menu section (launchpad, code, technical guides, etc). The most visible link should be something like help.openerp.com. The more technical user will find things in submenus without any problem, the non technical user can be scared or uninterested by such things.
