I proposed some time ago (can't find the thread) a ecosystem monitoring to provide visual information for ecosystem insiders (autofeedback) and ecosystem outsiders (porject health information) alike.
Now I found some great tools, for that. OCA) would possibly lie in it's power to surface issues about the general ecosystem health, and its impetus to stimulate auto-regulation, as it eventually will be come a common and trusted point of reference...
