Naresh, this also appears to be a client-side issue, because the
many2one widget should not allow submitting the form if the m2o part of
the reference is not filled in. I'm changing the project so we fix it on
both server and client sides.

Title:
fields.reference required
Status in OpenObject GTK Client:
Confirmed
Status in OpenObject Server:
Confirmed
Bug description:
1) fields.reference can execute write/create when the selector part is
filled, but not the many2one part.
It creates/writes "model,0"
2) When fields.reference is required and bad written with "model,0", the menu
doesn't shows form/tree to correct it, refusing NULL value for the reference!
So we can just correct the problem in an SQL terminal.
