Ferdinand, I suppose you mean the Filters drop-down menu at the bottom
of each search view in the GTK client, is that right? (it really helps
if you try to make bug descriptions as precise as possible).

If that's the case, this is caused by 2 GTK client bugs: labels such as 
'Filters', 'Save as Shortcut', 'Save as Filter' are indeed not made 
translatable at the moment.
As for labels of the object fields in the custom filters, these are only 
partially translated at the moment because the context is missing when GTK 
loads the fields with fields_view_get().

I am attaching a patch for the second issue, and assigning the rest of
the resolution to GTK team.

Do not hesitate to provide more info on what you were exactly reporting
as a bug.
