For the problem # 1: The relavent translated string are missing in translation
files and has to be added there.
for different langauges. These strings are a
fixed set of strings at the client.
For the problem #2: we already fixed that issue a week back in response
to the bug https://launchpad.net/bugs/682735 in ~openerp-dev/openobject-
client/trunk-dev-client branch and will be merged soon to the trunk
client.

Bug description:
filters labels and field names are always in English, endependent of the
language setting of the user. (may be a server issue)
