[v6rc2] crm schedule another phonecall - wrong dateformat

Bug description:
web-client revno: 4287
When I try to schedule a new phonecall from in- or outbound calls the
wizard accepts the input of the english interface - in the localized
version it appends a "p.m." and complains about the wrong dateformat.
