list/formular switch icon should have a more explicit tooltip than
just "switch"

Bug description:
On the GTK launchpad 6.0 branch, on Linux.
The list/formular switch icon tooltip text is "Switch", it would be
preferable to have a more explicit formulation like "Switch between
formular and list views".
