Review: Needs Fixing

- Here is the solution of the fix :
remind partner, we keep it like that : the user send a email to the partner
remind user, the sale team responsible (the one from the lead/opportunity)
send a email to the user
if there is no team responsible (or he has no email) the user send the
email to himself
- Technical remark :
Why use remind_partner in the context when the variable destination is used to
make the difference between remind user and remind partner, the value in the
context remind_partner is uselss
