Hello Marco, Bydefault Logfile in openerp is created in the USER PROFILE i.e the path C:\Users\username . If you want to change the path you can specify in the .openerprc file.
Secondly the log file in " C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenERP 6.0\openerp- client.exe.log" is created only when there is a problem in any installed package and py2exe creates this log file. for more info refer:http://www.py2exe.org/index.cgi/StderrLog but yes we can improve this to change the py2exe 's default behavior .
