One thing which I needed to include in this bug for more clarification
Our Gtk trunk client is already improved with short cut object which is
directly reflecting shortcuts.
If you go though on menu item string changes than it will not affect into added
shortcuts
So, I am attaching the related video for this issue.
Hear where did you find the wrong behaviour which you expected.

create a shortcut for customer
click shortcut
rename "Customer" to "Partner" + save
shortcut still is called "Customer"
