Bug:771161 fixed with Merge Proposal.
In Project Log Term After Scheduling the Task and Phase, Task Come up with
only Date in start and End date it does not show time, It has been fixed now
Time will be based on working time in project. and if no time given than
working schedule will 24x7 by default.
