Review: Needs Fixing
1) 'name' : _('Incoming Shipments'),
this wizard will be called for all type of picking so it must be improved
according to picking type
2) res.keys()[0] & res.values()[0]
indexing such a way is not good, can be improved in order to avoid
tracebacks if in case we didn't get any values in res
