The reason is that the function crm_send_new_email.default_get is called twice, the first time without context. Line 192 requires a context, or an error "Can not send mail!" is generated. Temporary solution: modify line 190 of file crm/wizard/crm_send_email.py as this : context = {'active_model': 'crm.helpdesk'} This makes sure the first wrong call is completed without any results, without errors.
