I have checked this scenario at my end but problem found in gtk-client.
gtk-client does not pass proper domain in server side. so I move this
bug to gtk-client.

[PS] Filters on the translated terms list view don't work

Bug description:
* Administration/Translations/Application Terms/Translation Terms,
click on button "untranslated" and then enter value on the filter
"source" for example
Obtained result : entering value in the filter doesn't filter the list
Expected result : entering value in the filter provide the
corresponding filtered list
