An Excellent catch! The root is correct but the fix is not proper. Keeping a priority to view will just give you the view until it's again inherited. Once the view is inherited again in some other module the error will be raised again. IMHO this is not a convenient way. Try to use the reference of the tree view of procurement in the actions.
