This was in fact cleaned up some time ago by revision 3455 revid:
[email protected] and the path for the PO
files was updated on Launchpad's translation system too, so it should
not be re-created.

bin/addons/base/i18n and openerp/addons/base/i18n: which one is in use

Bug description:
I notice that there are both bin/addons/base/i18n and
openerp/addons/base/i18n containing the localization files for server,
but the bin/addons/base/i18n doesn't contain any .pot file. Is it
still in use? If not, why it's not removed/consolidated to
openerp/addons/base/i18n to avoid confusion?
