12 if not res and not ok:
checking by length is useless, you can directly us res, isn't it?
2) you don't need condition for active field (line 38)
3) 56 + procure_datas = procurement_obj.read(cr, uid, pro_ids,
['id','product_qty'], context=context)
missing order while converting from query
