Review: Approve Nice work, we really need to cleanup and specify explicitly the expected behavior for our domain/term operators, especially wrt to the counter-intuitive NULL-value semantics of SQL.
I directly fixed some details in the branch, like failing tests and cosmetics, and it seems good to go. Of course, all the possible domain expressions are not properly specified yet, but this is a good step in that direction, and we'll be able to fix the rest more easily now.
