Review: Disapprove

This is incorrect. If a domain is not literal, when the action is fetched from 
the server it will be replaced by a non-literal domain, which is serialized (in 
JSON) as an object with a `__ref` key with value "domain" (see 
addons.web.common.nonliterals)

What you're doing here is not a fix, it's just throwing out a (perfectly valid) 
domain.
