I have tried with the steps as below:
1. Assigned Company A to the Demo user
2. Created a new property record with Company A for Account Payable.
3. For Partner A, I have set the account Account A
4. In Account A, I have also set the company as Company A
5. Saved it and Connected with the Demo user.
6. Opened the Customer form of Partner A record
7. I can see the Account Payable in that record with value 'Account A'
It seems working fine. Can you please provide detailed steps with
video/screenshots regarding the bug ?

we use multi company and some fields proerties on res.partner, the
value for each companies have been store correctly in ir.property
object, but the read method doesn't consider the company for retrieve
data for this field.
