Hello Amit, I have checked your bug report. But currently in GTK client the AND operation are working fine.
You need to OR operation on this so I am changing your bug description, but this a not a bug but it's feature request which is already available for merging https://code.launchpad.net/~openerp-dev/openobject-client /trunk-ORing_in_filter-nch/+merge/76517 . So currently I am setting this as a Wishlist and we will consider this as a feature roadmaps.
