Hello Ronald,

Currently we have implemented a kanban view for web interface, so the
view_mode ( <field name="view_mode">kanban,tree,form</field>) is correct
no need to change this.

But the mail problem is when we have switching a "Kanban" view to "List"
view we have not seen any record in GTK cilent but web-client it's
working fine because in web interface when we have switch the view then
page will automatically refresh but for GTk client we have manually
refresh it.

So I am assigning this to GTK client.

Thank you!

Title:
Module list not showing any data

Status in OpenERP GTK Client:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
In the list of modules in the web client, no modules are shown.

Pressing any of the buttons for apps/extra installed / not installed,
clear or search in any order or combination makes no difference
  whatsoever.

The only way to get to a list of modules with any data is to use the
action "Update module list" and then pressing the button to open the
  module list.

Extremely annoying to have to do this all the time when developing a
  module...
