Patch does not seem to work.

Without the patch:
  ir.attachment.name: &#20248
  ir.attachment.datas_fname: &#20248
  displayed name in web client: "&#20248

With the patch:
  ir.attachment.name: &#20248
  ir.attachment.datas_fname: &#20248
  displayed name in web client: "&#20248
