Your fix is basically only copied-pasted code from mrp/mrp_view.xml to procurement/procurement_view.xml. Where are the changes ? Because actually when looking at your code I don't see any fix. You should add a fix into mrp/mrp_view.xml if needed, not move code blocks between files. It prevents from seeing fixes, and also leads to conflicts with future merges. Please resubmit your fix when modified.
