[6.0/trunk] text_tag : the same value traverses through the all list
of records.

Bug description:
Guys,
The 'text_tag' widget is used rarely on osv models.
AFAIK, its being used only on mass mailing wizard of res.partner.
If the widget is used on storable models, like any non-osv_memory
model; say partner note, sale order note or any text fields; the
client doesn't pass proper value to the server.
To Reproduce:
- Set this widget for any text field.
- Its always preferable if the old text field had values. Open a record, move
prev or next...You won't be able to see right values. Its only one value being
shown everywhere.
The actual problem is with a variable which stores its value and
doesn't get nullified.
The attached merge does the duty.
