Review: Needs Fixing
Don't use _.extend on context, context objects are opaque and may not be simple
{key:value} mappings (see: non-literal contexts).
Please use "CompoundContext" instances instead, they exist specifically to
compose multiple context (literal, nonliteral or compound) together correctly.
