Review: Needs Fixing review pushed, the only remaining thing is the amount_to_text stuff which is not satisfying yet.
We need to merge first https://code.launchpad.net/~openbmsjsc/openobject-server/amount-to-text-refactor/+merge/61291 and improve in order to have a country-wise amount_to_text function.
