Thanks Rifakat. Since the bug is that budgets without analytic accounting make no sense, there are two options: 1. Show analytic fields evens if you don't belong to the group, like you do here 2. keep non-analytic people out of budgets.
Any of the two is fine for me, since probably there are not so many accountants that are not allowed to see analytic accounting?
