Review: Needs Fixing
After a second review, I realized this is not a good solution.
A better solution is to give all employees the same access rights as the group
Survey/User. This is done by making the group Employee "inherit" from the
group Survey/User when the module hr_evaluation is installed. Add a record
like this one in hr_evaluation/security/hr_evaluation_security.xml:
<record id="base.group_user" model="res.groups">
<field name="implied_ids" eval="[(4, ref('base.group_survey_user'))]"/>
</record>
This will do the job.
