I think I see what that could be, in the handler for the select the current behavior is to first see if we're trying one of the 4 "actions" (advanced filter, add to dashboard, manage filters or save filter), if we are then execute it *and come back to the base state for the selection by selecting the empty value*. Issue is, in the `add to dashboard` handler the current state of the search view is only queried when clicking on the `OK` button, by this time the internal state of the view may very well have changed.
