I would give same remarks that with CRM: - in views: remove "need_action_user_id" - update method names (case_open_notification -> case_open_send_note) - remove unnecessary uppercase letters (ex: Manufacturing Order has been <b>Created</b> -> Manufacturing order has been <b>created</b>.)
