Code seems good! However, as I proposed modifications to bth's crm, it will be necessary to update this merge prop. I think we will be able to remove some redundant code (like case_cancel_send_note that seems to be a generic message; see the crm merge proposal for details about that). Therefore when crm is updated, we will update this one, modifications will be quick I think.
