Review: Approve
Some remarks:
* We should not discard the account installer ('Install your chart of
accounts'), but instead reuse it. Note that it must be launched automatically
when you install the module account.
* The fields 'default_paypal_account' and 'company_footer' should be related
fields (through company_id).
* The fields 'sale_journal_id', 'sale_refund_journal_id',
'purchase_journal_id', 'purchase_refund_journal_id' and their corresponding
related fields depend on the value of company_id. They must be updated when
company_id is changed!
* Same for 'fiscalyear_id'.
I will do the necessary fixes once the branch is merged.
