I have faced the same problem on Windows with gtk client 6.1
When sequence field in available in one2many list then gtk provides the
facility to drag and drop lines and sequence is automatically change.
It's working fine with ubuntu but faced the problem in windows, I have
checked same thing in windows web client but it's working fine.

Bug description:
Use Sale Order as example - Ubuntu clients reorder the lines just
fine, but Windows client will not - OS is WinXP in this case.
