I do not think it's the right way to fix that. Actually the problem seems to be link to the "context" cache within existing "browse_record". I you look at setLang() in server/bin/report/report_sxw.py, you will see that if also change the context withing existing "browse_record" as it's cached on we do "browse()", and that does not seems to be the case in the "report_webkit" module.
