Here fields.related for state field in hr.applicant object is not working as per our requirement. There are few things need to be improve: 1) If we change the state from stage it should update the state for all applicant. 2) It should not update the stage's state if we change the state of applicant using any button!! 3) And if we change the state of the applicant using any button.
