Uah..., the problem exist on GTK client side, as you specified about the
project .I am going to check the GTK client side and faced the problem.
Misconception due to wrong project ;-). Anyways I am correcting it.

Bug description:
The name of the albanian file , currently al, should be sq. The ua
file should probably be removed, it seems old, and there's already an
'uk' file for Ukraine. And uk is the offical language code for Ukraine
