Review: Needs Fixing - It's not good way to set same css style manually of 'HTML5 tag <progress>' in <div>. This css automatically generated by the tag <progress> so It don't need to set same as its in <div>.
- If HTML5 does not support inner HTML text on 'progress' tag But user wants it, so in this case user can use this fixing to replace <progress> by <div>.
